We know that an evening out of the house, a time centered on God's word, and life-giving conversation as well as some fun can be re-energizing. That is the purpose of this group. We want to be moms that are actively there for each other. This group takes a balanced approach of fellowship and spiritual growth. Through Corrie’s experiences during the Holocaust, we’ll explore what it means to trust God in dark seasons, extend grace to others, and live out a resilient, hope-filled faith. Bunches of 8 – Hudson –Bunches of 8 is a simple way to share a meal, meet new people, and build meaningful connections. Groups of 8-ish (could be fewer but won’t be more) will gather around the table for dinner and conversation, creating space to laugh, listen, encourage one another, and share life while pointing each other to Jesus. Caring for children through foster care, adoption, or kinship placement is a beautiful calling — but it can also feel overwhelming at times. This support group is a safe and encouraging space for foster, adoptive, and kinship moms to share experiences, gain practical tools, and build meaningful connections with foster moms/adoptive moms who understand the journey. Spending time in the beauty of God's creation can often help us feel more connected to the Lord. Join with others to hike and explore a variety of local trails. A weekly email will be sent with the trail details, including the hike level (easy, moderate, or challenging), distance (minimum of 5 miles), and exact meeting locations. During the hike, you will get to know others, spend some time in prayer, get in your steps, and have some fun. Hikes happen rain or shine at 10 am. During the winter months, hikes will be less frequent, so weekly emails will only be sent when there is a scheduled hike. Want more information?
